The yoga experiences I offer are strongly themed, intentional and include not only Asana (postures) but Pranayama (breathwork), Mantra and Meditation. I share a safe container to explore your inner landscape through the practices of traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga. The power of stillness and discomfort is present in all of my classes and events, to guide you deeper inside you, towards your heart. Everybody and every body is welcome in my classes. I have experience in working with different abilities and levels of experiences. You are welcome in all of my classes, even if you’ve never done a yoga pose or sat in meditation before.

Yoga is not an exercise but a path that continues far off your mat, guiding you to a deeper understanding of your self, and a stronger connection to your divine centre, your heart.
